Agreement combines Interop’s All-Gen™ Messaging portfolio with t3 Broadband’s network engineering, integration and support capabilities

FORT MYERS, Fla., Sept. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Interop Technologies, a global leader in advanced mobile messaging technology, today announced it has entered into a reseller agreement with t3 Broadband, a network engineering and solutions integrator. The agreement enables t3 Broadband to offer Interop Technologies’ portfolio of messaging and managed services to its customer base.

The companies’ initial operator engagement under the agreement will support Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), an Application-to-person (A2P) Messaging Gateway and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) through a Commercial Mobile Service Provider (CMSP) Gateway. Together, these services support essential subscriber messaging, enterprise traffic and emergency alert delivery.

t3 Broadband provides tier 1 network support, engineering and in-depth network consultation for roughly 150 operators across broadband and wireless 4G LTE and 5G environments. By adding Interop Technologies’ messaging portfolio, t3 Broadband can pair its network design, integration and support capabilities with secure, standards-based messaging services built specifically for operator networks and extend those capabilities into mobile-adjacent markets.

“Networks today need messaging services that are reliable and ready to evolve with other shared technology-dependent networks,” said Chris Crowe, chief executive officer at t3 Broadband. “Interop Technologies’ portfolio complements the engineering, integration and support services we already provide. This agreement gives our customers a streamlined way to access proven messaging technology backed by deep operational expertise.”

Interop Technologies’ SMS and MMS services provide scalable infrastructure for core messaging across IP and 5G environments. Its A2P Messaging Gateway simplifies access to business messaging traffic through a single, secure connection, while its WEA solution supports the delivery of critical public safety alerts through a hosted CMSP Gateway.

Combined with t3 Broadband’s network expertise and customer support capabilities, the services give operators a more efficient way to deploy and manage multiple messaging functions while maintaining the reliability required for essential communications.

“t3 Broadband understands how to turn complex requirements into practical solutions across a range of network environments,” said Jim Dwyer III, senior vice president of corporate development at Interop Technologies. “By combining t3’s network engineering and integration capabilities with our All-Gen Messaging portfolio, this partnership will give t3’s customers a more streamlined path to deploying and managing critical messaging services as their networks evolve.”

Beyond the initial deployment, the reseller agreement enables t3 Broadband to offer additional services across Interop Technologies’ All-Gen™ Messaging portfolio based on each operator’s technical, operational and commercial requirements.
