New Investor Relations Function

The appointment of the new management functions of the Company follows an important organizational change implemented earlier this year.

Effective August 1, 2026, the Company has engaged a new Investor Relations team. This is an important step to provide investors with the corporate communication and to streamline the flow of information between the Company and its stakeholders.

Expanding Operating Platform

The management transition of the Company comes at an important time in the development of Asia Broadband Inc.

During the current year, the Company has successfully continued its expansion of precious metals production and mining operations in Mexico as well as has pursued several strategically important initiatives of the Company.

The Company has also advanced its work with its precious metals backed digital asset ecosystem and corresponding technology infrastructure. Considering the growing diversification of its operations, management believes that the new operations structure of the Company will enhance the expansion of all these initiatives.

Appointment of the new CEO and CFO, as well as the restructuring of the Investor Relations function, are aimed at creating the optimal management structure to further elevate the Company going forward.
