Industry leader to advance CRB’s growth strategy as life sciences manufacturers face rising complexity, capital pressure and speed-to-market decisions

Helga Margrethe Salling, Chief Growth Officer, CRB

Salling, as Chief Growth Officer for CRB, will lead the company's global growth strategy, with a focus on strengthening client engagement and expanding the company’s presence across key markets.

Kansas City, Mo., Sept. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CRB, a global leader in integrated engineering, architecture, construction and consulting solutions for the life sciences and food and beverage industries, today announced Helga Margrethe Salling as Chief Growth Officer. Salling will lead CRB’s global growth strategy, with a focus on strengthening client engagement and expanding the company’s presence across key markets.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, market strategy, and client growth across the life sciences sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Growth & Strategy, Life Sciences, at Jacobs, where she led global sales and business development across established and emerging accounts.

Salling joins CRB at an important point in the company’s growth. As client needs evolve and opportunities expand across our core life sciences and food and beverage markets, CRB is strengthening how it engages clients, pursues new opportunities and delivers value across a broader range of services. CRB sees an opportunity to build on its strong foundation by deepening client relationships, expanding its role across the project lifecycle and growing in the markets where its integrated delivery model can create the greatest value. Salling will help bring greater focus and coordination to those efforts as CRB pursues its next phase of growth.

“Our strategic plan calls for disciplined growth and a more integrated approach to market engagement,” said CRB President and CEO Vahid Ownjazayeri. “Helga understands how our clients make investment decisions, build partnerships and bring complex projects forward. Her leadership will help us strengthen those relationships and connect our growth strategy more closely to the needs of the market.”

Throughout her career Salling has held senior roles with IPS, DPS Group, Labflex and Novo Nordisk Engineering, with experience spanning strategic consulting, account management, sales operations and international business growth.

“Companies today across all markets are under real pressure to move faster, use capital more efficiently, and manage increasing complexity across their portfolios. That’s changing how they choose partners and execute projects," Salling said. "CRB's project teams have built a strong foundation in integrated services, technical delivery, and client relationships. I’m excited to help connect that strength to a growth strategy that reflects how clients are making decisions today.”
